You will receive a notification that you have received a visit.
Then, in your app's history feed, you will find the date, time and photo of the event.
When a visitor rings your video phone in your absence, a picture is taken. The icon 🖼️ on the monitor will then flash to let you know of their presence.
To view it, click on the icon 🖼️.
If you wish to control your Somfy RTS motorized gate via radio from the monitor, you must register the radio control before installing the monitor (the monitor must then be linked to the motorized gate through its power supply) or activate the button on the motorized gate, depending on the model.
Refer to the Registration of the motorized gate in the monitor's memory FAQ.
1) Attach the monitor mounting plate to the wall.
Important: The monitor's mounting brackets must extend towards you.
Note: All wires must be routed through the mounting bracket to connect to the monitor.
2) Connect the power supply connector on the back of the monitor to terminal block 7-1. The direction for the connection of the power supply wires is important.
Important: Use the power supply provided to power the monitor.
Note: You can use an optional DIN rail-compatible power supply (ref . 9026469).
Important: Do not plug the power supply into an outlet or turn on the DIN power breaker until all wiring is complete (outdoor panel, additional monitor).
3) Plug in the second connector supplied into terminal block 7-2. The corresponding cable will be plugged into the outdoor panel. Optional: Plug a third connector into terminal block 7-3. The corresponding cable will be plugged into a second monitor (see the manual for the additional monitor).
Note: Place the wires in the slots provided to prevent them from being pulled out.
Note: Locate the wires used for terminals 7-2 and 7-3 to correctly wire the outdoor panel and (optional) additional monitor.
4) Clip the monitor onto the mounting bracket by gently sliding it down until its pegs are securely locked into the monitor's notches.
Avoid installing the camera facing a light source. Visitor images be unsatisfactory. We recommend installing the outdoor panel at a height of approximately 1.60 m.
Run all cables through the rain shield.
Attach the rain shield to the wall/pillar.
The monitor cable to the first two terminals of the outdoor panel:
The cable from the electric lock/strike plate to terminals L+ and L- on the outdoor panel.
The motorization cable to the dry contact output (COM and NO) of the outdoor panel
Note: To insert the wires into the terminals, using a screwdriver, press the square with the notch, insert the wires and release.
To change the initial settings or add additional settings, press the yellow button on the right side of the monitor:
