Somfy and Netatmo have joined forces to add all the benefits of your Netatmo sensors and home heating solutions to your TaHoma scenes. So, you can improve your energy efficiency, thermal comfort and indoor air quality at home – all year around.

Through this partnership, you can centralise and control your Netatmo thermostats, valves and air quality sensors with TaHoma. Your heating system and sensors will now be an integral part of your Somfy connected home.

TaHoma gives you access to all your connected equipment, including your Netatmo heating devices and sensors, with a simple tap on your smartphone or voice command.

On the TaHoma app, manage your connected devices using our customisable scenes to adapt the programming to your routines and the weather – whether you are at home, in the office or on holiday. For example, closing or opening your sun protection based on the indoor temperature.

Use the pre-set scenes in the TaHoma app to help you build your own routines – for increased energy efficiency and comfort in a tap. Make the most of your window coverings to manage your indoor temperature – using input from your Netatmo weather station temperature sensor, thermostat or valves. With the pre-set Thermal Comfort scene in the TaHoma app, programme the closing and opening of your equipment based on the outdoor temperature.

Using data from your Netatmo weather station temperature sensor, thermostat or valves:

In summer, programme your roller shutters in TaHoma to close as soon as the outside temperature exceeds a certain temperature, to prevent your home from overheating – and reopen in the evening when it’s cooler
In winter, programme the shutters to stay open to make the most of the sun’s natural heat and close them at dusk to insulate your windows

Keep the air in your home fresh by programming your motorised windows to open automatically when CO² levels get too high – or choose to receive a notification. Using the Netatmo Indoor Air Quality Sensor and Weather Station measurements available in TaHoma, you can create advanced scenes with your connected devices based on the sensor readings – including CO², humidity, noise and temperature.
