How will the transfer from the LiveIn2 app to the TaHoma by Somfy app happen?

Starting February 6th, your Simu LiveIn2 app will no longer work and you will be disconnected.

To keep on controlling your connected installation from your phone, you will have to go through the 4 steps below:

  1. Download the TaHoma app for free from the App Store ou Google Play.
  2. Select your country and then your box type.
  3. Log into your account by clicking on "I have a Somfy account"
  4. The datas from you LiveIn2 app will be automatically transferred to your new TaHoma app.*

*except you scenarios, clocks and if-then that will have to be reconfigured
