Why am I unable to link my motion sensor to my Link?

If you encounter problems when installing your motion sensor. First check that:

  • You properly removed the protective battery pull tab
  • You took out and properly reinserted the batteries
  • Your battery works You closed the motion sensor properly
  • You are within range of your Link Essential during the installation, that is, within a maximum distance of 10 meters
  • Your Link Essential is plugged in
  • Your telephone is connected to the Internet
